Recruitment Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Seek out candidates from Latin America, with a focus on Mexico, utilizing job postings and various platforms

• Evaluate resumes and determine candidate compatibility

• Arrange and facilitate interviews

• Mentor applicants and manage follow-up sessions and re-recordings

• Advocate for qualified candidates to meet weekly objectives

• Deliver prompt feedback to candidates

• Maintain accurate records of candidate data

• Collaborate with other departments to grasp client requirements

• Complete the recruitment process, which includes the Plow Test, HR interview, hiring manager interview, and Head of People Product interview

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment, interviewing, or talent acquisition

• Proficient in Spanish and English, both spoken and written

• Outstanding communication skills in English

• Residing in Mexico; only candidates based in Mexico will be considered

• Basic familiarity with Google Workspace: Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Slides, Docs

• Available for 40 hours per week on designated day or night shift schedule

• Willingness to work as an independent contractor solely for Magic

• Must possess a personal computer, reliable internet, headset, and a suitable work-from-home environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

• High levels of energy and enthusiasm

• Adaptable with a “PLOW” mindset

• Capable of building rapport, providing constructive feedback, working independently, learning new systems, and maintaining professionalism under pressure
