Recruitment Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Seek out Latin American candidates, particularly from Mexico, by advertising across various platforms to expand Magic's LatAm candidate pool.

• Evaluate resumes and pinpoint candidates that meet the outlined criteria.

• Arrange and conduct interviews with prospective Executive Assistants.

• Guide applicants with constructive feedback to enhance their performance.

• Organize follow-up sessions and re-recordings for candidates who are nearly qualified.

• Support candidates in achieving weekly goals while maintaining high standards.

• Offer timely feedback to candidates throughout the process.

• Maintain accurate tracking of each candidate's progress.

• Collaborate with other departments to grasp client needs effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in recruitment, interviewing, or talent acquisition is essential.

• Proficient in both Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Exceptional command of English is mandatory.

• Residing in Mexico; currently, this position is available exclusively for candidates based in Mexico.

• Familiarity with basic Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Slides, Docs).

• Available to work 40 hours a week, either during the day or night shift, according to the specified schedule.

• Comfortable working as an independent contractor, dedicated exclusively to Magic.

• Must have a personal work-from-home setup, including a computer, reliable internet connection, and headset.

• Magic does not supply equipment for this role.

• Ability to quickly establish rapport, provide constructive feedback, work autonomously, adapt to changing requirements, and show initiative.

• Completion of the Plow Test (English Assessment) and a multi-stage interview process is required.
