Recruitment and Selection Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment and selection cycle, encompassing intake discussions, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and finalizing offers.

• Manage mid- to senior-level positions of diverse complexity across various sectors.

• Create and enhance talent attraction strategies utilizing LinkedIn, talent pools, and referrals.

• Conduct competency-based interviews and develop thorough candidate evaluations.

• Manage candidate expectations while providing timely feedback.

• Serve as a strategic partner to clients in establishing candidate profiles.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment and selection processes.

• Strong proficiency in competency-based interviewing techniques.

• Experience in active sourcing via LinkedIn and other platforms.

• Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills in a 100% remote contractor (PJ) setup.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, adopting a consultative style when engaging with clients.
