This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to grasp contractor staffing requirements, establish role specifications, and convert those needs into effective sourcing strategies and vendor advice.
• Act as the main liaison for external staffing vendors and third-party recruiting agencies.
• Evaluate and analyze candidate submissions against job specifics, contract stipulations, customer expectations, and compliance prerequisites.
• Organize technical evaluations, interviews, and candidate assessment processes.
• Compile interview feedback, create candidate summaries and recommendations, and convey results.
• Assist in incumbent capture initiatives by nurturing relationships with existing contract employees, recognizing re-compete risks, monitoring incumbent headcount, and facilitating workforce transitions.
• Oversee security clearance investigations, CAC processing, and badging arrangements.
• Manage the onboarding process for contracted partners and 1099 staff, including documentation, subcontract agreements, compliance procedures, and system access.
• Keep ATS records updated and produce reports on requisition status, time-to-fill, vendor performance, and pipeline activity.
• Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and compliance data.
• Ensure adherence to OFCCP requirements, affirmative action responsibilities, federal contractor regulations, and company policies.
• Engage in recruitment initiatives, process enhancement efforts, and cross-departmental projects.
• Safeguard sensitive information in line with company policies.
• Execute additional duties as required.
• 2–4 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, with a minimum of 1 year in a federal government contracting environment.
• Background in supporting or coordinating onboarding processes for contractors, subcontractors, or 1099 staff within a government contracting framework.
• Familiarity with incumbent capture processes, including workforce monitoring during contract re-competes and transitions.
• Strong administrative and organizational abilities, with experience in maintaining ATS records, producing recruitment reports, and tracking pipeline metrics.
• Knowledge of OFCCP compliance, affirmative action reporting, and federal contractor hiring guidelines.
• Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Microsoft Office Suite, and collaboration tools.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills; capable of being a dependable partner to hiring managers and external vendors.
