Recruiting Sourcer, Coordinator – Contractor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee candidate pipelines for open positions utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and various sourcing tools.

• Engage in proactive outreach to passive candidates, customizing messages based on role and level.

• Assess incoming applicants against job criteria and direct qualified candidates to recruiters and hiring managers.

• Keep a well-organized, current talent pipeline for present and future priority roles.

• Arrange and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and calendars, including panel interviews.

• Manage candidate communication, encompassing confirmations, reminders, and status updates.

• Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and requisition statuses within Greenhouse.

• Assist with offer logistics by organizing debriefs, preparing offer documents, and tracking approvals.

• Identify pipeline bottlenecks or process issues and communicate them to leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, sourcing, or a combined recruiting operations role.

• Practical experience with an applicant tracking system; Greenhouse is highly preferred.

• Proficient in sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing/search tools.

• Strong written communication skills along with excellent scheduling and organizational abilities.

• Capability to work autonomously, prioritize competing deadlines, and act with urgency in a fast-paced environment.

• Comfortable with uncertainty and able to adapt quickly in a short-term engagement.

• Previous experience in recruiting for technical, sales, or executive-level positions is advantageous.
