Recruiting Sourcer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Provide administrative assistance to the Recruitment and Human Resources departments.

• Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to arrange interview schedules and travel logistics when required.

• Advertise job openings.

• Organize and take part in job fairs.

• Input resumes into the hiring management system.

• Arrange and/or schedule background checks, road tests, drug and alcohol screenings, and safety orientations.

• Communicate in a professional manner while upholding confidentiality.

• Conduct orientations for new employees.

• Generate ad-hoc HR reports and PowerPoint presentations.

• Order supplies and manage departmental purchases.

• Assist with disability management and ensure the timely completion and submission of short-term disability documentation.

• Administer exit interviews.

• Update organizational charts.

• Support HR special projects and assignments.

• Create and maintain employee records.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.

• Ability to work autonomously with little supervision.

• Strong aptitude for building customer relationships.

• Capable of multitasking; highly organized with outstanding time management skills.

• Ability to handle confidential information with high ethical standards.

• Adaptability and a self-motivated approach in a fast-paced setting.

• Skilled in developing and maintaining professional relationships across all levels of the organization.

• Detail-oriented with exceptional follow-up skills.

• Polished and professional demeanor with proven high-end customer service experience.

• High School Diploma/GED is required.

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred.

• 0 to 1 year of experience in administrative, call center, or recruiting support roles is preferred.

• Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday or iCIMS is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.

• Experience managing communication with internal and external customers at various levels is preferred.

• Experience interacting with executives and employees at all organizational levels is preferred.

• Some positions may necessitate employment and education verification, motor vehicle records checks, road tests, badging, or customer background requirements.
