This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete interview scheduling logistics for various roles, panels, and time zones.

• Actively address scheduling conflicts and enhance workflows to minimize turnaround time.

• Balance competing priorities across numerous open requisitions.

• Create and maintain recruiting dashboards and reports that track time-to-fill, funnel conversion, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance.

• Analyze pipeline trends, identify bottlenecks and risks, and propose process enhancements.

• Collaborate with recruiting leadership on monitoring headcount and hiring plans.

• Serve as the subject-matter expert and system owner for the ATS.

• Set up ATS workflows, perform data integrity audits, and troubleshoot any issues.

• Provide training for recruiters and hiring managers on ATS best practices.

• Discover opportunities to automate or simplify ATS processes.

• Coordinate complex candidate travel logistics, manage budgets, and handle vendor relations.

• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience during on-site interviews, promptly resolving any issues.

• Lead or co-lead intake and kickoff calls with hiring managers.

• Convert kickoff discussions into actionable hiring plans and success metrics.

• Collaborate proactively with recruiters and hiring managers to highlight potential timeline or process risks.

• Propel recruiting projects and initiatives from inception to completion.

• Assist with sourcing, screening, and market knowledge activities as necessary.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or a similar HR/TA position.

• Advanced proficiency with an ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, GEM, etc.).

• Strong sense of ownership and the ability to independently identify issues and implement solutions.

• Capability to manage multiple projects autonomously with minimal supervision.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to create and interpret recruiting metrics and dashboards.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior hiring managers.

• Experience in managing travel logistics and vendor relationships is advantageous.

• Willingness or ability to engage in sourcing, screening, and applying market knowledge as required.
