Recruiting & Onboarding Consultant, Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide support for Oracle Recruiting and Onboarding.

• Examine and resolve issues within recruiting and onboarding processes.

• Configure and enhance current workflows for better efficiency.

• Implement minor improvements and new features as required.

• Assist with candidate and hiring procedures.

• Conduct root cause analysis for identified issues.

• Aid in Oracle releases and testing phases.

• Offer support to an international client in resolving productive issues, troubleshooting, and implementing functional improvements on a flexible schedule.

⛳️ Requirements

• Multiple years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.

• Strong hands-on skills in Oracle Recruiting.

• Practical knowledge of Oracle Onboarding.

• Experience in productive configuration and support.

• Background in bug fixing and implementing enhancements.

• Familiarity with integration processes related to Core HR.

• Experience with Oracle releases and testing procedures.

• Proficient English language skills.

• Nice-to-have: Experience in Candidate Experience.

• Nice-to-have: Understanding of Core HR.

• Nice-to-have: Knowledge of Recruiting integrations.

• Nice-to-have: Experience with international recruiting processes.
