This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and enhance Supplemental Health Care’s brand and reputation across the market.
• Attract and retain field talent and clients by embodying the Company’s core values.
• Meet minimum activity benchmarks, including outreach, interviews, and submissions.
• Contribute to Division gross profit objectives through effective value calculator management.
• Adhere to Joint Commission standards, referencing, and the complete compliance process to attain 100% compliance.
• Accomplish 100% of the personal revenue target.
• Set personal objectives with the Manager and implement strategies to achieve them.
• Maintain a 90% retention rate of field talent using the Talent for Life scorecard.
• Keep updated information and availability regarding active field talent and clients.
• Engage in appropriate communication and follow-ups with field talent and clients.
• Oversee and take responsibility for the individual P&L and its effects on the Division budget.
• Recruit, coach, train, develop, mentor, and motivate field talent.
• Assess applicants' employment suitability for clients and manage credentialing and compliance processes.
• Handle job postings, email campaigns, call campaigns, and other recruitment activities.
• Assume responsibility for office performance in the Manager's absence.
• Manage field talent across Company divisions.
• Conduct weekly performance report calls with field talent and clients.
• Assist in current and future recruitment initiatives.
• Mentor new office talent within the Division and the Company.
• Present Supplemental Advantages and address any objections.
• Communicate regarding assignment extensions and future job opportunities.
• Possibly oversee weekly payroll and assist with housing arrangements.
• Support the Manager with Human Resources, Quality Assurance, aging, and Accounts Receivable tasks.
• Foster a high morale, motivational environment, and teamwork.
• Negotiate applicant salaries and benefits in alignment with SHC’s financial goals.
• Exercise decision-making authority in supervising policies.
• Perform other assigned duties.
• Understanding of business and management principles related to recruiting, staffing, production methods, human resources, or similar relevant experience.
• Proficient in grammar, spelling, and composition rules.
• Familiarity with principles and techniques for selling recruiting services, including marketing strategies, sales techniques, and sales management systems.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with team members.
• Capability to organize and complete tasks within deadlines.
• Effective communication skills with all organizational levels.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in computer and software systems, including Microsoft Office products and the Internet.
• Preferred familiarity with internet job boards and online recruiting.
• Ability to sit, type, and use a phone and computer for extended periods.
• Detail-oriented and exceptionally organized.
• Must successfully complete onboarding training/tutorials and participate in future webcasts/trainings as required.
