This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and enhance the reputation and brand of Supplemental Health Care in the market.
• Recruit and retain both field talent and clients while upholding the company's core values.
• Meet minimum activity benchmarks, which include outreach, interviews, and submissions.
• Contribute to Division gross profit objectives through effective value calculator management.
• Adhere to Joint Commission standards, referencing, and compliance processes to achieve 100% compliance.
• Meet 100% of personal revenue targets.
• Set personal goals and devise strategies in collaboration with the Manager.
• Maintain a 90% retention rate of field talent utilizing the Talent for Life scorecard.
• Keep up-to-date information on active field talent and clients, responding promptly to their needs.
• Ensure consistent communication and timely follow-up with field talent and clients.
• Oversee and take responsibility for individual P&L and its implications on the Division budget.
• Recruit, coach, staff, develop, mentor, and engage field talent effectively.
• Assess applicants for employment viability based on client job postings and supervise credentialing and compliance.
• Manage job postings, email communications, call outreach, and other recruitment activities.
• Take charge of office success in the absence of the Manager.
• Oversee field talent across various company divisions.
• Conduct weekly performance report calls to field talent and clients.
• Support ongoing and future recruitment initiatives.
• Mentor new office talent within the Division and the Company.
• Maintain flexible schedules to accommodate field talent requests and handle issues, including after-hours/on-call duties.
• Present Supplemental Advantages and effectively address objections.
• Communicate regarding assignment extensions and other job opportunities.
• May be responsible for weekly payroll and assist with housing arrangements for field talent.
• Support the Manager with Human Resources and Quality Assurance responsibilities.
• Assist with aging and Accounts Receivables.
• Foster a high-morale, motivated, and team-oriented environment.
• Negotiate salaries and benefits for applicants in alignment with SHC’s financial objectives.
• Supervise policy adherence and carry out other assigned duties.
• Understanding of business and management principles related to recruiting, staffing, production methods, human resources, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Familiarity with proper grammar, spelling, and composition rules.
• Knowledge of sales principles and methods for selling recruiting services, including marketing strategies, sales techniques, and management systems.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with team members.
• Capability to organize and complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Effective communication skills with all organizational levels.
• Proficient in multi-tasking.
• Proficient with computers and software systems, including Microsoft Office Products and the Internet.
• Preferred experience with internet job boards and online recruiting.
• Ability to work for extended periods while sitting, typing, and using the phone and computer.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Must successfully complete onboarding training/tutorials and participate in future webcasts/trainings as required.
