This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and enhance Supplemental Health Care’s brand and reputation across the market.
• Attract and retain field talent and clients by embodying the Company’s core values.
• Meet minimum activity benchmarks, including outreach, interviews, and submissions.
• Contribute to the Division's gross profit objectives through effective value calculator management.
• Uphold Joint Commission standards, referencing, and compliance processes to achieve full compliance.
• Reach personal revenue targets and establish performance objectives with the Manager.
• Maintain a 90% retention rate of field talent using the Talent for Life scorecard.
• Keep information on the active base of field talent and clients up-to-date and accessible.
• Engage in communication and follow-ups with field talent and clients.
• Oversee and take responsibility for the individual P&L and its effect on the Division budget.
• Recruit, coach, staff, develop, mentor, and motivate field talent.
• Assess the employment viability of applicants and manage the credentialing and compliance process.
• Handle job postings, email broadcasts, call campaigns, and other recruitment activities.
• Take charge of office operations in the absence of the Manager.
• Manage field talent across various Company divisions.
• Conduct weekly performance report calls with field talent and clients.
• Assist with current and future recruitment initiatives.
• Mentor new office talent within the Division and the Company.
• Maintain adaptable schedules for field talent requests, concerns, after-hours, and on-call responsibilities.
• Present Supplemental Advantages and address any objections.
• Communicate regarding extensions and future job opportunities following assignments.
• May oversee weekly payroll and assist with housing arrangements.
• Support the Manager with Human Resources, Quality Assurance, aging, and Accounts Receivable tasks.
• Foster an environment of high morale, motivation, and teamwork.
• Negotiate applicant salaries and benefits in accordance with SHC’s financial goals.
• Supervise policies and perform other assigned duties.
• Familiarity with business and management principles related to recruiting, staffing, production methods, human resources, or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in grammar, spelling, and composition rules.
• Understanding of principles and methods for marketing recruiting services, including strategies, sales techniques, and sales management systems.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively with team members.
• Ability to organize and complete tasks efficiently and on schedule.
• Effective communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Proficient in multi-tasking.
• Working knowledge of computers and software systems, including Microsoft Office Products and the Internet.
• Preferred experience with internet job boards and online recruiting.
• Ability to work for extended periods involving sitting, typing, and using a phone and computer.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Must successfully complete onboarding training/tutorials and participate in future webcasts/trainings as required.
