Recruiting Coordinator Consultant – RPO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate and assist with high-volume recruitment initiatives.

• Collaborate with recruiters to oversee the progression of candidates from application through to onboarding.

• Track candidate advancement and follow up to ensure adherence to deadlines and hiring objectives.

• Ensure accurate candidate data, statuses, and recruiting activities are maintained in ATS platforms.

• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, addressing inquiries related to hiring and onboarding.

• Work in tandem with recruiters, HR personnel, hiring managers, and support teams.

• Aid in the completion of onboarding documentation, system access requests, and new-hire communications.

• Handle multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

• Create reports, monitor recruiting metrics, and provide administrative assistance.

• Foster a positive candidate experience through excellent customer service and regular communication.

• Uphold confidentiality and adhere to company policies and regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition coordination, recruiting operations, HR support, or onboarding assistance.

• Background in facilitating high-volume recruitment and onboarding processes.

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), including Workday, Taleo, iCIMS, Greenhouse, SuccessFactors, or similar platforms.

• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.

• Proven experience managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Keen attention to detail and dedication to data integrity.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional teams.

• Fluency in both English and Spanish is considered a significant advantage.
