Recruiting Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Arrange and coordinate interviews across different time zones, overseeing calendars, interview panels, video conferencing, and on-site visits.

• Act as a primary contact for candidates concerning scheduling and interview details.

• Keep precise candidate records in the applicant tracking system, including stages and necessary documentation.

• Assist in recruiting events such as career fairs, university and veteran hiring initiatives, and candidate open houses, handling logistics, materials, and follow-up actions.

• Support the internship program by organizing interviews, tracking intern groups, coordinating onboarding, and assisting with program events.

• Leverage AI tools to draft communications for candidates, summarize interview feedback, and automate scheduling tasks.

• Share successful AI applications with the broader team.

• Identify manual coordination processes and suggest AI-enhanced or automated improvements.

• Aid in the preparation of recruiting reports, hiring metrics, audits, and other Talent Acquisition initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, People Operations, or a related discipline.

• Practical experience with an ATS or HRIS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, BambooHR, ADP).

• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini) in a professional setting.

• A keen interest in exploring innovative applications of AI tools.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Capacity to manage confidential information responsibly.

• Outstanding communication and customer service abilities.

• A candidate-first approach.
