This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Promptly and accurately request necessary documentation from candidates.

• Administer assessments for candidates and compile results for evaluation.

• Communicate candidate notifications and assist in ensuring a smooth recruiting process.

• Facilitate proactive communication among HR, candidates, and internal stakeholders.

• Prepare status update reports, interview preparation materials, and candidate communications.

• Keep department leadership updated and respond to inquiries for information and updates.

• Maintain organized filing and tracking systems for recruiting activities.

• Ensure that candidate files are complete, accurate, properly labeled, and current.

• Log and monitor recruiting efforts for timely and precise reporting.

• Assist with job posting management, high-level resume pre-screening, research, auditing, and special projects.

• Cross-train on various HR functions and provide backup support for onboarding and essential HR processes.

• Offer administrative, recruiting, and reporting support across Climate First Bank, OneEthos, and future holding-company entities.

• Uphold a commitment to social, economic, environmental, and racial justice.

• Seek sustainability-related education and apply curiosity in alignment with the bank’s core values.

• Stay updated on policies, procedures, compliance requirements, and web-based compliance and IT training.

• Question any suspicious activities and collaborate with departments to aid in fraud prevention.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in a customer-facing processing, administrative support, or related role.

• Experience in processing, filing, scheduling, reporting, data management, and customer support.

• Strong attention to detail with proficiency in filing systems, documentation protocols, tracking tools, and spreadsheets.

• Ability to communicate professionally with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.

• Capable of taking ownership, driving tasks and projects to completion, solving problems effectively, and delivering measurable outcomes.

• Ability to manage time efficiently, remain organized under pressure, and adapt to changing routines.

• Professional, precise, and confident communication via video, phone, and written formats.

• Quick learner who can effectively use new tools and technology to maintain accurate data, streamline processes, and support reporting.

• Dependable team player who can contribute as part of a larger group.

• Commitment to environmental, social, economic, and racial justice.

• Willingness to pursue education related to sustainability.

• Must stay informed on bank policies, procedures, regulations, compliance requirements, and necessary IT training.

• Non-smoker or must affirm commitment to cessation within 90 days of accepting the offer.

• Ability to meet physical demands including prolonged standing and sitting, frequent communication and PC usage, and occasional lifting up to 20 lbs.

• Successful completion of cognitive and personality assessments, credit and background checks, and reference checks may be required during the hiring process.
