Recruiting Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Manage the complete recruitment process to guarantee Christie Lites attracts and retains talented individuals.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to establish position requirements through intake meetings and identify essential duties, competencies, educational qualifications, and certifications.

• Advertise job openings on various recruitment platforms and seek external candidates for specialized roles.

• Evaluate resumes, screen applicants, shortlist qualified candidates, and select individuals for pre-screening interviews.

• Conduct initial pre-screening interviews, formulate questions, assess candidate fit, identify key indicators, and administer evaluations.

• Present shortlisted candidates, along with interview notes and resumes, to hiring managers.

• Organize interview schedules between hiring managers and candidates.

• Verify employment references and provide feedback to hiring managers.

• Facilitate the candidate selection process and define who will communicate verbal offers.

• Inform the Human Resources Manager of new hire acceptance.

• Dispatch onboarding documentation and notify unsuccessful applicants.
