This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, implement, and enhance recruitment strategies and sourcing methods to discover skilled healthcare professionals.
• Make outgoing calls to prospective employees for recruitment purposes.
• Provide field staff with details regarding assignments and benefits during the recruitment process.
• Source candidates and maintain the existing database to place qualified candidates with both current and new clients on a national level.
• Develop and nurture professional relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Act as a career counselor and placement advisor throughout candidates’ employment journey.
• Negotiate employment offers and contract terms with candidates.
• Address and resolve employment issues for field staff, escalating them as necessary.
• Implement sales strategies tailored to candidate needs.
• Conduct reference checks when required.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two (2) years of experience in customer service or sales.
• A degree in business or a related sales field, either two (2) or four (4) years, is preferred.
• Preferred strong familiarity with job boards, research tools, and social media.
• Experience in the healthcare or staffing sector is preferred.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Self-reliant with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills in a service-oriented environment.
• Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Maintains accuracy, attention to detail, and discretion.
• Capable of using sensory skills to effectively communicate and engage with colleagues and the public via telephone, email, video conference, and face-to-face interactions.
• Ability to utilize manual dexterity, visual acuity, and hearing acuity for operating office equipment.
• Ability to remain seated for extended periods at a workstation and keyboard.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
