This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee, facilitate, and execute all stages of the recruitment process for various positions.
• Attract qualified candidates through databases, online job boards, social media, and other avenues.
• Develop the talent pipeline and foster relationships with candidates for future roles.
• Advertise job openings, evaluate applications, and choose suitable candidates.
• Examine applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience for available roles.
• Collaborate with department managers to assess departmental needs and candidate suitability.
• Organize and conduct job interviews.
• Coordinate meeting venues, travel, and accommodations for candidates and hiring managers as needed.
• Gather and analyze data on market salaries, candidate availability, and demand trends.
• Connect qualified candidates with clients or hiring managers.
• Verify candidate references and credentials while checking their experience and backgrounds.
• Plan and participate in job fairs, campus recruitment events, and networking opportunities.
• Follow up with hiring managers post-interviews and gather their feedback.
• Ensure compliance with EEO and other related employment laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with the Director of HR on job offers and employment negotiations.
• Identify current and future staffing needs and create job descriptions accordingly.
• Gather data for and engage in monthly headcount meetings.
• Enhance the company’s image and promote job opportunities.
• Adhere to HIPAA obligations regarding Protected Health Information and report any violations.
• Complete necessary HIPAA training and demonstrate proficiency.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to other departmental roles.
• 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Management/Recruiting, or a related field.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for conducting interviews.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Comprehensive understanding of EEO, ADA, and other relevant employment laws and guidelines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Familiar with recruiting platforms and applicant tracking systems.
• Knowledgeable about social media platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and effective negotiation techniques.
• High emotional intelligence.
• Strong ethical standards.
• Sound judgment skills.
• Availability during core working hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CT.
• Flexibility to adjust work hours for meetings across all time zones.
• Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed by the industry.
• Occasional overnight travel of up to 5% may be required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
