Recruiting and Human Resources Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruiting process for field, office, sales, and leadership positions across five franchises.

• Develop candidate pipelines through job postings, sourcing, referrals, and direct outreach efforts.

• Evaluate candidates, arrange interviews, prepare job offers, and ensure pre-hire steps proceed smoothly.

• Assist hiring managers in identifying needs and facilitate timely, job-related decision-making.

• Keep candidates updated and maintain precise applicant records.

• Monitor applicant flow, assess source quality, conversion rates, and time-to-fill, while enhancing hiring processes.

• Coordinate the onboarding process and uphold accurate, confidential employee documentation.

• Provide support for routine employee relations, performance issues, policy inquiries, and compliance questions.

• Complete assigned employee data and payroll tasks using Paycor.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of three years of professional experience, showcasing success in managing the entire recruiting cycle.

• Practical, hands-on HR experience with onboarding, employee documentation, policies, employee relations, or performance management processes.

• Direct experience with Paycor; experience with another HR or payroll platform alone does not satisfy this requirement.

• Excellent organizational skills, follow-through, communication abilities, sound judgment, and discretion.

• Capability to juggle multiple openings and priorities without overlooking details or leaving candidates in limbo.
