Recruiting and Human Resources Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Manage the complete recruiting process for field, office, sales, and leadership roles across five franchises.

• Develop candidate pipelines through job postings, sourcing, referrals, and proactive outreach.

• Evaluate candidates, arrange interviews, draft offers, and ensure pre-hire steps are efficiently managed.

• Assist hiring managers in identifying staffing needs and making timely, relevant hiring decisions.

• Keep candidates updated and maintain precise applicant records.

• Monitor applicant flow, assess source quality, conversion rates, and time-to-fill metrics while enhancing recruiting processes.

• Oversee onboarding and ensure the maintenance of accurate and confidential employee records.

• Provide support for routine employee relations, performance, policy, and compliance inquiries.

• Execute assigned employee data and payroll tasks in Paycor.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of three years of professional experience, showcasing success in managing the full recruiting cycle.

• Practical, hands-on HR experience with onboarding, employee documentation, policies, employee relations, or performance management processes.

• Direct experience with Paycor; experience with other HR or payroll platforms does not satisfy this criterion.

• Excellent organizational skills, follow-through, communication abilities, sound judgment, and discretion.

• Capability to handle multiple openings and priorities while maintaining attention to detail and ensuring candidates are not left waiting.
