Recruiting and HR Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Senior Corporate Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for open positions, from intake to offer.

• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and various sourcing tools to identify both active and passive candidates.

• Perform initial outreach to candidates and assist with preliminary screening calls.

• Organize interview scheduling and manage logistics effectively.

• Ensure accurate maintenance of candidate data and pipeline status in the ATS.

• Help draft and post job requisitions.

• Assist in the preparation and extension of job offers.

• Monitor and report on recruiting pipeline metrics.

• Aid with onboarding responsibilities such as background checks, offer letters, and first-day arrangements.

• Facilitate recurring New Hire Orientation sessions.

• Keep employee records updated within the HRIS.

• Provide support for offboarding processes as needed.

• Assist in compliance tracking across different jurisdictions.

• Collaborate with department leads on various HR needs across functions.

• Achieve defined metrics for recruitment, screening, scheduling, data accuracy, and onboarding success.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience in Human Resources or relevant administrative positions.

• Familiarity with HRIS systems; experience with Rippling is advantageous.

• Proficient in G-Suite products.

• Understanding of compliance and/or benefits administration.

• Excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.

• Superior interpersonal and communication skills; must be approachable, responsive, and solution-focused.

• Knowledge of California wage and labor laws.

• Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, ATS, and HRIS systems.

• Capable of supporting both domestic and international recruitment processes.

• Skilled in conducting screening calls and managing multiple open requisitions.
