HR Generalist II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Enhance engagement and retention insights for the North America commercial division.

• Oversee monthly HR operations, metrics, and talent initiatives.

• Maintain essential HR programs, tools, calendars, communications, and leadership support.

• Manage stay and exit interview initiatives.

• Analyze insights and collaborate with HR Business Partners and leaders on actionable strategies.

• Aggregate monthly metrics and prepare operational boards and reports.

• Assist with onboarding, Enboarder, Workday transactions, DHR Assist liaison activities, and ad hoc reporting.

• Uphold the annual HR process calendar and communication strategy.

• Organize training logistics and monthly micro-learning sessions.

• Provide visibility into engagement and retention trends.

• Monitor risks and key talent initiatives.

• Facilitate a consistent onboarding experience for managers and new hires.

• Arrange leadership training and enhance leader capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of HR experience.

• Background in Human Resources covering employee relations, learning & development, talent management, and recruiting.

• Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically.

• Experience in a matrixed HR environment with shared services, Centers of Excellence, and HR Business Partners.

• Proven experience in LEAN, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement frameworks.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Excellent conflict resolution abilities.

• Experience in conducting investigations.

• Proficient in using data and dashboards to identify risks, articulate narratives, and support decision-making with leaders.
