πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Oversee and probe into high-stakes and intricate employee relations cases.

β€’ Formulate and execute sophisticated employee relations strategies and procedures.

β€’ Act as investigator, team leader/mentor, and project manager for significant ER initiatives.

β€’ Conduct interviews with individuals accused, witnesses, and those reporting incidents.

β€’ Compile investigative outcomes into comprehensive reports and data-driven suggestions.

β€’ Safeguard confidential investigative records and ensure data integrity in the case management system.

β€’ Guarantee that investigative procedures adhere to employment laws and company policies.

β€’ Provide counsel to HR leadership, legal advisors, and management on intricate employee relations matters.

β€’ Design and deliver training on investigative methods, legal adherence, and conflict resolution.

β€’ Evaluate employee relations patterns and propose strategic interventions.

β€’ Guide junior team members.

β€’ Consult with the Office of the General Counsel concerning Civil Rights complaints and EEOC charges.

β€’ Act as a subject matter expert in judicial proceedings when required.

β€’ Review intricate disciplinary actions for adherence to policies and risk reduction.

β€’ Lead and assist in Reduction in Force and Job Reassignment initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, law, or a related discipline.

β€’ Certified investigator (AWI) or the capability to achieve designation within 1 year.

β€’ At least 6 years of experience in an Employee Relations position.

β€’ Proficiency in resolving complex investigations.

β€’ Experience coaching both managers and employees.

β€’ Familiarity with a highly regulated industry or a large-scale organization.

β€’ Thorough understanding of local, state, and federal laws governing investigations and related personnel matters.

β€’ Advanced knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including ADA, FLSA, EEO, FMLA, Title VII, and other pertinent statutes.

β€’ Ability to identify and define problems, collect and analyze complex data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

β€’ Unwavering integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

β€’ Capability to produce routine reports and business correspondence.

β€’ Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

β€’ Expertise in investigative techniques, including witness interviews, credibility assessment, and report writing.

β€’ Advanced conflict-resolution skills with a proven history of addressing high-stakes employee relations issues.

β€’ Background and drug screening required upon offer.

β€’ Consistent and reliable attendance is crucial.

β€’ Advanced degree (Master's in HR, JD) is preferred.

β€’ HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is preferred.

β€’ Familiarity with ACG personnel policies and procedures is preferred.
