This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from receiving job requirements to candidate sourcing, screening, negotiation, submission, and follow-up.
β’ Identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, internal databases, referrals, and various recruitment channels.
β’ Recruit for technical, professional, government, and federal contracting roles.
β’ Engage candidates possessing active Top Secret, TS/SCI, and CI Polygraph security clearances.
β’ Evaluate resumes and assess candidates based on skills, experience, education, location, work authorization, security clearance, and salary expectations.
β’ Conduct preliminary telephone or video screening interviews.
β’ Clearly communicate job requirements, work arrangements, compensation structures, and submission processes to candidates.
β’ Negotiate salary rates and employment conditions.
β’ Gather candidate information, documents, acknowledgments, and submission authorizations.
β’ Compile accurate and comprehensive candidate submission packages.
β’ Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment and interview processes.
β’ Coordinate interviews, provide interview preparation assistance, and follow up post-interview.
β’ Manage multiple open positions and candidate submissions while adhering to strict deadlines.
β’ Keep recruitment records, candidate notes, communication histories, and status updates organized.
β’ Utilize AI tools for candidate research, sourcing strategies, resume evaluation, job description creation, outreach preparation, and process enhancement.
β’ Collaborate with internal recruitment, account management, and business development teams.
β’ At least 10 years of professional recruiting experience, ideally supporting U.S. staffing or government contracting needs.
β’ Proven track record in managing the complete recruitment process.
β’ Demonstrated ability to source, engage, screen, and secure qualified candidates.
β’ Experience recruiting individuals for positions that require active federal security clearances.
β’ Strong knowledge of Top Secret, TS/SCI, and CI Polygraph security clearance classifications.
β’ Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate sourcing and outreach.
β’ Solid understanding of Boolean searches, keyword searches, filters, and advanced sourcing methods.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
β’ Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage candidate relationships effectively.
β’ Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
β’ Capacity to manage pressure, competing priorities, multiple job openings, and high-volume candidate submissions.
β’ Ability to work independently in a remote setting during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
β’ Skilled in using AI tools to enhance recruiting efficiency and candidate sourcing.
β’ Strong computer skills and familiarity with applicant tracking systems, email, spreadsheets, video conferencing, and online recruitment platforms.
β’ Preferred: Experience in recruiting for U.S. federal, state, or local government contracts.
β’ Preferred: Background in recruiting cleared professionals in information technology, cybersecurity, engineering, intelligence, or related sectors.
β’ Preferred: Understanding of W2, 1099, and C2C employment arrangements.
β’ Preferred: Experience with applicant tracking systems or vendor management systems.
β’ Preferred: Knowledge of U.S. work authorization categories and employment eligibility criteria.
β’ Preferred: Experience managing candidates from the initial outreach through to offer acceptance and onboarding.
