This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process from defining job requirements to sourcing, screening, negotiating, submitting, and following up with candidates.
• Identify and attract qualified candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, internal databases, referrals, and various recruitment avenues.
• Recruit for technical, professional, government, and federal contracting roles.
• Engage with candidates who possess active Top Secret, TS/SCI, and CI Polygraph clearances.
• Evaluate resumes and assess candidates based on their skills, experience, education, location, work authorization, security clearance, and salary expectations.
• Conduct preliminary phone or video screening interviews.
• Communicate job requirements, work arrangements, compensation structures, and submission processes to candidates.
• Negotiate salary and employment conditions.
• Collect candidate information, documents, acknowledgments, and submission approvals.
• Assemble accurate and complete candidate submission packages.
• Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment and interview stages.
• Schedule interviews, provide interview preparation assistance, and follow up post-interview.
• Handle multiple open positions and candidate submissions while adhering to stringent deadlines.
• Keep recruitment records, candidate notes, communication histories, and status updates organized.
• Utilize AI tools for candidate research, sourcing strategies, resume evaluation, job description creation, outreach preparation, and process enhancement.
• Collaborate with internal teams in recruitment, account management, and business development.
• At least 10 years of professional recruiting experience, ideally within U.S. staffing or government contracting.
• Proven experience in managing the entire recruitment lifecycle.
• Demonstrated ability to source, engage, screen, and secure qualified candidates.
• Experience in recruiting candidates for roles requiring active federal security clearances.
• Strong knowledge of Top Secret, TS/SCI, and CI Polygraph security clearances.
• Practical experience using LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate sourcing and outreach initiatives.
• In-depth understanding of Boolean searches, keyword searches, filters, and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-management abilities with candidates.
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Capability to manage pressure, competing priorities, multiple job openings, and high-volume candidate submissions.
• Ability to work independently within a remote environment during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
• Proficient in leveraging AI tools to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate sourcing processes.
• Strong computer literacy and familiarity with applicant tracking systems, email, spreadsheets, video conferencing, and online recruitment tools.
• Experience in recruiting for U.S. federal, state, or local government contracts.
• Background in recruiting cleared professionals in fields such as information technology, cybersecurity, engineering, intelligence, or related areas.
• Understanding of W2, 1099, and C2C employment arrangements.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems or vendor management systems.
• Knowledge of U.S. work authorization categories and employment eligibility requirements.
• Experience managing candidates from initial outreach to offer acceptance and onboarding.
