Recruiter – Temporary

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Identify and engage candidates through innovative and effective outreach strategies.

• Interact with candidates and manage the scheduling of phone screenings and interviews via email, phone, and applicant tracking system (ATS) tools.

• Oversee reference checks, background screenings, and the negotiation of offers.

• Keep candidate information and outreach records updated in the application tracking system.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers on workforce planning and the recruitment process.

• Monitor recruiting metrics to provide reports on results and pinpoint areas needing enhancement.

• Represent Trulieve at recruitment events, job fairs, and community outreach activities.

• Assist with additional recruitment initiatives and special projects as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Over 3 years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter.

• Proficient in high-volume recruiting and sourcing strategies.

• Experience recruiting for diverse roles.

• Preferred background in recruiting for retail, manufacturing, hospitality, or other high-volume sectors.

• Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems; experience with SAP and/or SuccessFactors is a plus.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (tracking, reporting, basic formulas).

• Capable of working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Adaptable and flexible in response to changing priorities.

• Highly organized with prompt follow-up with multiple candidates.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, business acumen, and professionalism.

• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and staff.

• Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and discretion.

• Must be at least 21 years old (or a minimum of 18 years old in CT, PA, and WV).

• Must successfully pass a comprehensive background screening.
