Recruiter – Talent Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Engage with candidates who have expressed interest.

• Evaluate candidates and identify the best fits for appropriate positions.

• Advance towards managing complex, challenging roles for clients.

• Opportunities to evolve into client-facing responsibilities with key accounts.

• Possibility to participate in projects related to automation and agent orchestration.

• Aid in expanding the client base and enhancing engineer-to-role alignment.

• Collaborate with the team in Ukrainian while working in English.

⛳️ Requirements

• Residing in Latin America.

• Proficient in Ukrainian for daily team interactions.

• Fluent in English at a C1 level; proficiency in English is essential.

• Intellectual, inquisitive, and personable.

• Technologically and AI-literate, comfortable using new tools on a daily basis.

• Strong professional communication skills.

• Familiarity with tech roles and technology stacks, or a quick learning aptitude.

• Confidence to pose challenging questions, respectfully push back, and steer discussions.

• Ability to handle a high volume of tasks, frequent context switching, and dynamic processes.

• Strong sense of ownership, sound judgment, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Prior recruitment experience is preferred.

• Sales experience is a significant advantage.

• Background in customer support is a considerable plus.

• Availability to overlap with UTC-6 to UTC-1 time zones.
