Recruiter – Seasonal Contractor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Focus on recruiting primarily for non-exempt Customer Service roles, while occasionally handling exempt-position recruitment.

• Achieve daily hiring goals set on a weekly basis for designated positions.

• Implement full-cycle recruiting processes.

• Advertise job openings, evaluate resumes, screen, assess, and conduct interviews with candidates.

• Organize interviews between candidates and Operations leadership.

• Develop or utilize an organic local talent pipeline.

• Collaborate with the Site Director or Hiring Leader.

• Ensure that W2-hire background checks and drug screenings are conducted following job offers.

• Monitor pending background checks and drug tests on a daily basis.

• Complete post-hire verification procedures in UltiPro.

• Provide an outstanding experience for candidates throughout their journey.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in professional recruiting; full-cycle experience is preferred.

• Capability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.

• Excellent organizational, planning, prioritization, multitasking, and stress-management skills.

• A creative, resourceful, adaptable, energetic, passionate, persistent, and positive mindset.

• Strong service orientation towards clients and internal stakeholders.

• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.

• A keen curiosity and quick aptitude for learning and understanding new concepts.

• Must provide personal devices, including a phone, computer, and internet access.

• Required to conduct recruiting activities following Inktel's established processes and tools.
