• Evaluate and assess candidates while championing their career opportunities.

• Provide candidates with essential information and resources for successful employment.

• Foster client satisfaction and loyalty.

• Offer guidance to candidates and clients regarding in-demand skills.

• Inform clients about local labor market trends and workforce management dynamics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of comprehensive recruiting experience.

• Experience in a client-facing role.

• Demonstrated strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Capability to guide and prioritize the workload for support recruiters to achieve recruiting objectives and deadlines.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Must be a resident of the United States.

• Employment on a W2 contract basis.
