Recruiter – Recruitment and Selection Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to align job profiles.

• Advertise job openings across strategic channels and platforms.

• Assess resumes and actively seek out potential candidates.

• Conduct selection interviews and present the shortlisted finalists.

• Monitor recruitment process metrics until the position is filled.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in Recruitment and Selection.

• Familiarity with competency-based interview methods.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and effective time management.

• Must have personal work setup: computer, internet access, and phone.

• Must be available to start immediately.

• 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience.

• Technical diploma or vocational/technical certification required.

• Experience in recruiting for Call Center/Telemarketing roles is an advantage.

• Experience with high-volume (mass) recruitment processes is an advantage.
