Recruiter, Recruitment and Selection Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to align job profiles

• Advertise job openings on key channels and platforms

• Evaluate resumes and proactively source candidates (hunting)

• Conduct selection interviews and present shortlisted candidates

• Track recruitment process metrics until the position is filled

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in Recruitment and Selection

• Familiarity with competency-based interview methods

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Highly organized, proactive, and adept at time management

• Must have personal equipment for remote work: computer, internet, and phone

• Must be available to start immediately

• Preferred: experience in recruiting for Call Center/Telemarketing

• Preferred: experience with high-volume/mass recruitment processes

• Technical course (vocational/technical training) is a plus

• Between 1 and 3 years of relevant professional experience
