Recruiter – Process Server Network

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Generate leads through extensive outreach efforts including cold calling, SMS, and email campaigns.

• Implement innovative sourcing strategies to connect with high-quality candidates across the nation.

• Evaluate candidates for dependability, qualifications, and suitability for the role.

• Clarify the independent contractor model and job expectations to potential candidates.

• Develop and sustain candidate pipelines and talent pools within the ATS/CRM.

• Monitor and report on recruiting metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Keep hiring managers informed regarding strategies, hires, and the status of the pipeline.

• Achieve onboarding goals for newly onboarded process servers, focusing on counties requiring coverage.

• Maintain a regular daily rhythm of calls, SMS, and emails.

• Follow up with new servers to facilitate onboarding and job activation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of recruiting experience in a high-volume, metrics-focused environment.

• Proven experience in creating and managing pipelines and talent pools using a CRM or ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, HubSpot, Metabase, or proprietary systems).

• Background in designing email and outreach campaigns.

• Proficient in Excel, including formulas and data management tools.

• Comfortable with cold calling and SMS outreach initiatives.

• Detail-oriented and self-driven, capable of concentrating on complex tasks in a fast-paced setting.

• Knowledge of the legal industry or legal recruiting processes.

• Experience in recruiting independent contractors or gig workers (1099 models).

• Familiarity with sourcing or dialer tools.
