This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Facilitate selection processes for critical and high-volume operational roles.
• Engage in projects that demand agility, organization, patience, and resilience.
• Identify, attract, interview, and select candidates with precision.
• Oversee a significant number of openings and candidates concurrently.
• Ensure that deliverables align with deadlines and hiring objectives established with clients.
• Demonstrated experience in generalist Recruitment & Selection, ideally within consultancies.
• Background in high-volume operational roles such as fast food, customer service, production, logistics, cleaning, general services, and retail.
• Capability to also manage strategic vacancies and more intricate positions.
• Patience and resilience to manage a high volume of candidates, including no-shows, withdrawals, and replacements.
• Agility in responding to tight deadlines and simultaneous demands.
• Excellent organizational skills, discipline, a sense of urgency, and a focus on closing hires.
• Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with ATS systems, particularly InfoJobs/Pandapé, and other recruitment platforms.
• A registered company (CNPJ) or active MEI is required to operate under the contractor (PJ) model.
