This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Facilitate comprehensive job scope discussions with hiring leaders to identify position specifications and supply market data along with search suggestions.
• Assess applicants in the Applicant Tracking System and measure qualifications against job requirements.
• Create and oversee recruitment marketing or sourcing strategies.
• Identify candidates using resume databases, search engines, networking platforms, Boolean searches, referrals, and talent communities.
• Engage with talent communities via phone, email, and social media.
• Clearly communicate the client value proposition to prospective candidates.
• Prepare candidates for interviews by explaining logistics, schedules, attire, and expectations.
• Provide timely updates on application and interview statuses.
• Draft and utilize phone interview templates.
• Analyze interview notes and skills assessments against position requirements to evaluate candidate compatibility.
• Issue and assess skills testing, and review background and reference information as necessary.
• Maintain candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with hiring leaders on offer specifics utilizing market data and compensation guidelines.
• Present job offers, facilitate acceptance, and negotiate counter-offers when appropriate.
• Deliver a strong slate of candidates and continually develop talent pipelines.
• Offer regular reports on recruiting activities and metrics to hiring leaders and Cielo leadership.
• Identify recruitment challenges and suggest solutions to stakeholders.
• Proactively communicate search progress and provide consultative advice.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting for blue-collar or manufacturing roles in Mexico.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• A high school diploma is mandatory.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field is strongly preferred.
• At least two years of recruiting experience with proven successes in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms.
• Skilled in Boolean search methodologies for candidate sourcing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of common Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.
• Strict compliance with all regulations (OFCCP and other compliance standards).
