πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Deliver exceptional recruiting services to the Ryder organization in a cost-effective manner.

β€’ Identify, recruit, interview, and recommend candidates for entry and mid-level, high-volume positions, as well as managerial, technical, and professional roles.

β€’ Source, screen, interview, and refer candidates to hiring managers.

β€’ Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle.

β€’ Attract and source high-impact leaders.

β€’ Collaborate with business leaders to pinpoint and secure top talent.

β€’ Establish and maintain effective working relationships with placement agencies and external recruiters.

β€’ Foster strong relationships with HR and business partners to ensure service levels are met.

β€’ Address staffing issues of moderate complexity, analyzing various factors.

β€’ Ensure compliance with all legal aspects of recruiting.

β€’ Market the organization as an employer of choice.

β€’ Identify the most effective recruitment strategies.

β€’ Contribute to organizational initiatives and objectives.

β€’ Evaluate staffing requirements of business units and take necessary actions to meet service levels.

β€’ Perform additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is required.

β€’ A minimum of four (4) years of experience in a related area is required.

β€’ Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

β€’ Capability to create and sustain professional relationships across all organizational levels.

β€’ Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

β€’ Flexibility and self-motivation to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

β€’ Proficient in multi-tasking, highly organized, and possesses excellent time management skills.

β€’ Detail-oriented with strong follow-up practices.

β€’ Must adhere to the legal aspects of recruiting.
