📋 Description

• Identify, screen, and conduct interviews with candidates

• Manage the negotiation and acceptance of offers

• Oversee the hiring administrative tasks for contractors

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new contractors

• Implement established external and internal recruitment processes

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with the Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, Human Resources, and fellow recruitment team members

• Provide updates on recruitment and communicate market conditions impacting contractor hiring

• Execute recruitment strategies, which include advertising, job fairs, remote hiring techniques, and upkeep of recruitment materials

• Keep management apprised of recruitment progress and any related challenges

• Achieve customer satisfaction goals through comprehensive recruitment for assigned accounts

• Carry out additional duties as required

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED, Required

• Minimum of 2 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, Required

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Required

• Capability to handle multiple tasks and assignments, prioritize effectively, and adapt to dynamic conditions and responsibilities, Required

• Strong customer service skills, Required

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, Required

• Willingness to travel 0–10%

• Some roles may necessitate employment and education verification, motor vehicle records check, a road test, and/or compliance with customer badging or background requirements
