Recruiter I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +13 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist with recruitment efforts for Ryder Supply Chain Solutions

• Identify, screen, and interview potential candidates

• Manage the offer negotiation and acceptance process

• Handle administrative tasks related to contractor hiring

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new contractors

• Oversee both external and internal recruitment procedures

• Ensure all assigned accounts are fully staffed

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with the Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, Human Resources, and fellow recruitment team members

• Provide updates on recruitment status and notify management about market trends impacting contractor recruitment

• Implement recruitment strategies, which include advertising, job fairs, remote recruitment techniques, and the upkeep of recruitment materials

• Monitor KPI performance and track recruitment progress

• Achieve customer satisfaction goals by fully staffing assigned accounts

• Carry out additional responsibilities as needed

⛳️ Requirements

• Required experience in full life-cycle recruiting

• High School Diploma/GED is mandatory

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in full life-cycle recruiting is essential

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook at an intermediate level is necessary

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing conditions is essential

• Strong customer service skills are required

• Willingness to travel 0–10% is necessary
