Recruiter I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Identify, screen, and conduct interviews with candidates

• Negotiate and finalize job offers

• Manage the administrative processes involved in hiring contractors

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new contractors

• Administer established recruitment processes for both external and internal candidates

• Ensure that all assigned accounts are fully staffed

• Build and maintain relationships with the Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, Human Resources, and recruitment colleagues

• Provide updates on recruitment and inform management about market trends impacting contractor hiring

• Implement recruitment strategies, including advertising, job fairs, remote recruitment tactics, and upkeep of recruitment materials

• Keep management updated on recruitment advancements and any issues that arise

• Achieve customer satisfaction goals through comprehensive recruitment for assigned accounts

• Execute additional responsibilities as needed

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Full Life Cycle Recruiting is mandatory

• High School Diploma or GED is required

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Full Life Cycle Recruiting is essential

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook (Intermediate level) is required

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities are necessary

• Capability to manage multiple tasks and assignments, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing conditions and workloads is required

• Proven customer service skills are essential

• Availability to work Monday through Friday

• Willingness to travel 0-10%

• May undergo employment and education verification, motor vehicle records check, road testing, customer badging, or background checks
