Recruiter I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Assist in the recruitment process for Ryder Supply Chain Solutions

• Identify, evaluate, interview, and negotiate employment offers with potential candidates

• Facilitate the administrative processes involved in contractor hiring

• Welcome and onboard new contractors

• Manage the specified external and internal recruitment processes

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with the Dedicated Senior Operations Team, hiring managers, human resources, and recruitment colleagues

• Provide updates on recruitment and communicate market conditions impacting contractor recruitment to management

• Implement recruitment strategies, which include advertising methods, job fairs, remote recruitment techniques, and upkeep of recruitment materials

• Monitor recruitment KPIs and progress

• Achieve customer satisfaction goals by effectively recruiting for assigned accounts

• Carry out additional tasks as assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• Required experience in Full Life Cycle Recruiting

• A high school diploma or GED is required

• A minimum of 2 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience is required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook at an intermediate level is required

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required

• Ability to handle multiple assignments and tasks, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments is required

• Proven customer service skills are required

• Schedule: Monday–Friday

• Travel requirement: 0–10%
