Recruiter I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Identify, screen, and conduct interviews with candidates

• Oversee the offer negotiation and acceptance procedures

• Manage administrative processes related to contractor hiring

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new contractors

• Administer established external and internal recruitment protocols

• Ensure all accounts are adequately staffed

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with the Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, Human Resources, and recruitment colleagues

• Provide updates on recruitment activities and inform management about market trends impacting contractor hiring

• Implement recruitment strategies, including advertising methods, job fairs, remote recruiting techniques, and upkeep of recruitment materials

• Keep management apprised of recruitment status and any related challenges

• Achieve customer satisfaction goals through the complete recruitment of assigned accounts

• Carry out additional duties as required

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Capability to manage multiple tasks and assignments, prioritize effectively, and adjust to changing conditions and work demands

• Strong customer service skills

• High School Diploma or GED

• A minimum of 2 years of comprehensive life-cycle recruiting experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Willingness to travel 0–10%

• May be subject to verification of employment and education, motor vehicle records check, road test, and/or customer badging or background requirements
