Recruiter I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruiting process, which includes intake, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and providing offer support.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend role specifications and develop a sourcing strategy.

• Advertise and maintain job postings in Paylocity and on external job boards.

• Ensure job listings are up-to-date and free of outdated postings.

• Perform initial phone screenings and document candidate evaluations for hiring managers.

• Monitor pipeline status and candidate flow, maintaining accurate and current requisition data.

• Create and sustain a pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring or challenging-to-fill positions.

• Assist with employer branding initiatives, including job board visibility and candidate communication.

• Ensure that recruiting practices align with relevant employment laws and OKSI policies.

• Report to HR as a remote individual contributor.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.

• Proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions at the same time.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently within a remote setting.

• Familiarity with ATS or HRIS platforms.

• Experience with Paylocity is a plus.

• Previous recruiting experience in aerospace, defense, or other technical/engineering-focused industries is preferred.

• Knowledge of sourcing for cleared or clearance-eligible positions is preferred.

• Experience in supporting a distributed, multi-state workforce is preferred.

• Must qualify as a “U.S. person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. due to access to information and items subject to U.S. export controls.
