Recruiter, High-Volume

📋 Description

• Provide contemporary, human-centered HR solutions that enhance employee experiences.

• Assist client engagements with an emphasis on delivery excellence, strategic alignment, and tangible outcomes.

• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the entire engagement lifecycle.

• Implement best practices in consulting, project management, and communication.

• Collaborate with livingHR Principals and client stakeholders to deliver value.

• Monitor billable and full-time work output while ensuring accurate project documentation.

• Align personnel strategies with overarching business goals.

• Oversee full-cycle, high-volume recruitment for various roles, levels, and multiple concurrent requisitions.

• Work alongside hiring managers to develop hiring strategies and prioritize pipelines at scale.

• Create and sustain talent pipelines to minimize time-to-fill for high-volume roles.

• Provide outstanding candidate experiences, even when managing high requisition volumes.

• Contribute to employer branding and engagement initiatives.

• Analyze recruiting metrics and enhance hiring processes.

• Ensure ATS hygiene, data accuracy, and pipeline velocity across a significant requisition load.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in high-volume recruitment environments (e.g., managing 20+ concurrent requisitions).

• Experience working directly with clients in consulting, professional services, PEOs, or agencies.

• Strong internal HR or functional expertise across pertinent disciplines.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, client-facing setting.

• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and advisory skills.

• Comfort in handling multiple concurrent engagements and adapting to shifting priorities.

• Willingness to travel occasionally as client needs dictate.

• HR certifications or platform certifications preferred where applicable.
