This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Independently identify and recruit Behavior Technicians, RBTs, and BCBAs across the US market.

• Utilize Indeed as the main platform for recruitment.

• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and outreach to universities.

• Evaluate applicants and carry out initial assessments.

• Ensure timely follow-ups to minimize candidate drop-offs.

• Oversee candidates from outreach and screening through to interviews, offers, and placements.

• Develop and sustain a qualified pipeline of ABA professionals.

• Track recruitment progress and modify sourcing strategies as needed.

• Engage with candidates and stakeholders to ensure a responsive candidate experience.

• Monitor recruitment metrics, including performance, successful placements, qualified candidates, and time-to-fill.

• Achieve designated hiring targets and timelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in recruiting for the US ABA industry (required).

• Proven success in hiring Behavior Technicians, RBTs, and BCBAs.

• In-depth knowledge of the US ABA recruitment landscape and sourcing qualified clinical and behavioral support professionals.

• Capability to independently source, screen, engage, and progress candidates.

• Strong proficiency with Indeed and other recruitment platforms and sourcing techniques.

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and follow-up abilities.

• Capability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and adapt sourcing strategies accordingly.

• Proactive, persistent, and goal-oriented mindset.

• Proven track record of previous recruitment results, including hiring volumes, successful placements, or enhanced recruitment performance.

• Preferred: additional experience in ABA, behavioral health, healthcare recruitment, or clinical staffing.

• Preferred: background in recruiting for ABA providers, clinics, or in-home therapy services.

• Preferred: experience with university outreach, referral programs, and alternative sourcing strategies.

• Preferred: knowledge of US hiring processes and RBT/BCBA qualifications.
