Recruiter – Field Service Tech Sector, RPO Consultant

• Assist a key client in meeting their business requirements through effective recruiting.

• Connect enthusiastic candidates with job openings and facilitate their career advancement.

• Cultivate candidate pipelines and foster client relationships utilizing social networks and industry communities.

• Manage your workload effectively and meet established metrics and commitments.

• Implement comprehensive recruitment processes from start to finish.

• Utilize role specifications and necessary competencies to market, screen, and present candidates.

• Enhance sourcing strategies through research, digital outreach, and attraction initiatives.

• Evaluate and assess candidates while championing their career opportunities.

• Eliminate obstacles and equip candidates for successful job placements.

• Provide an outstanding hiring experience that enhances client satisfaction.

• Counsel candidates and clients on in-demand skills and local labor and workforce-management trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruiting.

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment.

• Strong experience in client-facing roles.

• Familiarity with Workday is essential.

• Comfortable conducting meetings via video conferencing.

• Experience with AI recruiting tools is preferred.

• An associate’s or bachelor’s degree is considered a plus.
