Recruiter – Field Service Tech Sector, RPO Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Assist a prominent client's business requirements through effective recruiting.

• Match candidates’ abilities with rewarding job opportunities and create career development paths.

• Establish candidate pipelines and foster client relationships within social networks and industry communities.

• Take ownership of the workload and achieve performance metrics and commitments.

• Implement comprehensive recruitment processes from start to finish.

• Promote, evaluate, and present candidates for various job opportunities.

• Eliminate obstacles and provide candidates with essential information and resources for successful employment.

• Offer an outstanding hiring experience while enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty.

• Update knowledge on in-demand skills and provide guidance to candidates and clients.

• Inform clients about local market conditions, labor trends, and workforce management issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruiting.

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting processes.

• Strong experience in client-facing roles.

• Familiarity with Workday.

• Comfortable conducting virtual meetings via camera/video.

• Preferred experience with AI recruiting tools.

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree required.

• Capable of understanding role design, competencies, skills, and knowledge requirements.

• Skilled in using innovative research, digital outreach, and attraction campaigns.

• Able to advise candidates and clients on local labor markets and workforce management strategies.
