Recruiter – Facility Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Create and execute recruitment strategies aligned with job descriptions and organizational objectives

• Collaborate as a subject matter expert to enhance the quality of hires

• Oversee and leverage the applicant tracking system and reports to keep the organization updated on workflow

• Engage with management and stakeholders to foresee openings, ensure suitable candidate pools, and modify recruitment strategies

• Prioritize vacancies to address critical needs first

• Conduct pre-screening and organize interviews for hiring managers

• Maintain ongoing communication with candidates and candidate sources, including colleges and universities, to cultivate a candidate pipeline

• Facilitate salary-related discussions and offers to guarantee competitive market rates

• Utilize knowledge of hiring and labor regulations, employing passive candidate sourcing strategies and top-tier talent acquisition practices

• Conduct intake meetings, post job openings, evaluate candidates, present candidates for consideration, coordinate interviews, and assist with talent acquisition administration

• Concentrate on recruiting direct care professionals for behavioral health program sites

• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or 5 years of direct recruiting experience in place of a degree

• At least 3 years of experience in full life cycle recruiting

• Proven experience managing hiring needs across diverse departments

• Required healthcare experience

• Preferred experience in behavioral healthcare

• Familiarity with hiring and labor laws

• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and generating recruiting reports

• Skilled in candidate sourcing, pre-screening, interview coordination, and offer support
