Recruiter – Entry Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and source qualified candidate pools utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced Boolean searches, and other discovery methods.

• Evaluate profiles and resumes against both technical and operational job specifications.

• Create focused candidate lists and ensure accurate tracking of candidate activities in Greenhouse ATS.

• Initiate outbound communication through direct messages and phone calls to spark candidate interest.

• Perform screening calls to assess candidate interest and suitability.

• Develop candidate summaries and scorecards for presentation to clients.

• Collaborate closely with internal recruiting leads to enhance outbound lead generation and pipeline development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of demonstrated experience in talent sourcing, outbound lead generation, or agency recruiting for U.S. clients.

• Advanced skill set in using LinkedIn Recruiter and constructing Boolean search strings.

• Practical experience with Greenhouse ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other HR systems.

• Comfortable managing high volumes of outbound calls and repetitive sourcing/recruiting tasks.

• Experience in sourcing candidates for companies based in the United States.

• Knowledge of candidate tracking tools or recruitment CRMs.

• Ability to work remotely from the United States.

• Availability from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST, with a flexible start time.
