📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete recruiting process for technology positions at all levels, ranging from analysts and engineers to senior leadership and VP roles.

• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers and leaders in IT.

• Develop sourcing strategies tailored for specialized technical skill sets.

• Evaluate candidates for their technical suitability.

• Guide candidates through the interview process, offers, and finalization.

• Connect with passive talent.

• Align hiring managers with relevant market data.

• Manage a combination of searches for individual contributors and executive-level positions concurrently.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of comprehensive technical recruiting experience, particularly focused on IT and enterprise technology positions.

• Proficient in recruiting for application architecture, Salesforce roles (developers, architects, admins, CPQ or Service Cloud), and platform or cloud engineering positions.

• Experience recruiting across various levels, from analysts and individual contributors to Director and VP roles.

• Exceptional sourcing abilities, including expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and outreach to passive candidates.

• Capability to comprehend technical requirements and evaluate candidates accordingly.

• Proven experience collaborating with and advising senior IT leaders and executives.

• Strong skills in negotiation and closing.

• Familiarity with an enterprise Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Previous in-house or RPO experience within a large enterprise or CPG/consumer goods company is preferred.

• Background in recruiting for enterprise application environments such as Salesforce, SAP, integration, and middleware is preferred.

• Experience in executive search or VP-level technology hiring is preferred.
