Recruiter de Screening – Proyecto Temporal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Conduct brief and structured phone interviews with previously identified candidates.

• Assess candidates’ experience, motivation, and fit for the defined requirements of each position.

• Document contact attempts, results, and the status of each candidate in Zoho Recruit.

• Provide a summary of each conversation and communicate the next steps to the team.

• Organize contacts based on priority and project deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment and selection, particularly in conducting phone screenings or initial interviews.

• Interns or trainees who have performed these tasks will also be considered.

• Candidates with similar experience in selection projects will be taken into account.

• Strong communication skills.

• Ability to synthesize information.

• Organized record-keeping.

• Comfort working with a sustained volume of calls.

• Familiarity with candidate tracking platforms, ideally Zoho Recruit.

• Must reside in any region of Chile.
