Recruiter (Contractor)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage recruitment processes for various roles across multiple industries.

• Develop sourcing and candidate hunting strategies.

• Proactively identify candidates for specialized and strategic roles.

• Utilize profile assessment tools effectively.

• Organize and maintain the talent database.

• Generate reports, evaluations, and provide technical feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in recruitment and selection.

• Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Vagas, Catho, and Pandapé.

• Proficient in conducting competency-based interviews.

• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and an analytical approach.

• Active CNPJ (Brazilian company registration) for independent contractor operation.

• A functional laptop or desktop computer.

• Microsoft Office installed on the device.

• Reliable internet connection.

• Headset with a microphone.

• A professional working environment.

• A degree in HR, Psychology, or Business Administration is advantageous.

• Previous experience in consultancies is beneficial.

• Experience in strategic and high-volume recruiting is a plus.

• 1 to 3 years of professional experience required.
