Recruiter, Bilingual – English and Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Facilitate comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers to identify position specifications.

• Provide pertinent market insights and recommendations.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to create and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.

• Assess candidate profiles against position requirements and present strong candidate slates.

• Develop talent pipelines.

• Maintain candidate engagement throughout the process with timely updates on progress.

• Work alongside hiring leaders to finalize offer details using market data and compensation guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma required.

• Bilingual — proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential for this position.

• Experience in recruiting with proven success in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.

• Familiarity with recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms.

• Understanding of standard Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.

• Availability to work 40 hours per week.
